Hi ,
when using Outbound option,
the variable BABuddyName contains the Fistname and the Lastname separated by a comma, but in case Fistname or Latsname are empty the comma is still display in the BABuddyName on the Finesse desktop.
For example:
Firstname= john
LastName= doe
Then BABuddyName will be "BABuddyName= doe,john"
but if the fistname is empty the BABuddyName is "BABuddyName= doe,"
if the lastname is emty the BABuddyName is "BABuddyName= ,john"
if i remove firstname or lastname directly in the import rule definition i still get the comma.
Is someone has an idea to remove this comma?
thanks

Hi, you can't do that; or actually, I am not aware of an easy way, unless you are willing to intercept CTI OS messages. You don't want to do that.
This is one of the annoying "features" of Outbound Option. Probably to save some space or message turnaround time.

Thanks Gergely,
that is really annoying that we cannot remove this remaining comma.
Yes, outbound option is really limited.
