Hello guys,
we have one customer that complains from time to time on slower performance of SCCP Dialer.
Apparently random in time (every few weeks), their agents in every campaign have to wait even for 3 or more minutes to be prompted to make a outbound call.
They are using as I mentioned SCCP Dialer on UCCE 10.0 system (CUCM 10.0 also).
They have ~25 outbound agents and 40 dialer ports!
Also all Campaigns are in Direct preview mode.
Does anyone have idea where to look for a problem?
Best Regards,
Lazar

Hi,
Can u validate the no of seconds configured in Port Throttle configured under Dialer configs also can u be specific if the delay is experienced by the called party when the Dialer makes an O/B call?
If so u can refer the below link, I believe it would give u a clarity towards this issue,

Thanks Muralidharan,
port throttle is set to 5.0.
Delay is experienced by agent, before O/B call is made. When agent goes ready, sometimes have to wait even a few minutes, to be offered by the Dialer to make outbound call (direct preview).
Best Regards,
Lazar
