OVA file

Hi ,

Is there any way where we can find the OVA file which was used to build UCCX /CUCM server?

the reason why I am asking is because we need to add secondary UCCX server  and I suppose OVA has to be same ?

Aman,

Simply look at the configuration settings, i.e. RAM allocation, CPU cores, storage and compare that to possible OVAs.
