Pass inbound caller ID back out

Setup is UCCX and UCM 7

I'm looking to figure out for inbound calls, how to take the inbound caller ID and pass it back out the CCX/UCM when using a Call Redirect step in the script.  The Cisco is acting as the main IVR, and based upon what option the caller chooses, the call is then redirected out to another location using a different phone system (Avaya).  For database dipping and screen pop purposes, need the Avaya to see the what the actual callers ID is, as compared to the caller ID of our outbound circuits.  We are the telco, so no issues on our end.  Just need the Cisco to pass that information out.

Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.

I believe, that if you take the caller ID and put it into a variable and then in the Call Redirect step, you place that in "Called Address: Reset To" field, it should work.

You would replace the "-- Destination --" value with the variable.

Obviously the "Destination: " field would be the number of the Avaya system.
