Passing calls between different CCX clusters

HI

We got 2 CCX clusters talking to same CUCM cluster. What's the best way to pass calls between CSQ's between clusters? Is there anyway to avoid redirecting back to CUCM?

Rich, there is no way to remove CM from the call flow. Since you will need to pass the call between CSQs of two different clusters, you are logically passing the call from one cluster to other. For this, you will need to use the Call Redirect or Call Consult Transfer pointing to the CTI Route point that will exist on other cluster so it will need to go through CUCM for sure.
