I've installed an PCCE 12.6(2) that is running on evaluation licences rigth now.
When i try to configure the CCE License Settings i have only the option to select License Type - Perpetual ans Usage Mode - Non-Production, this will require to have CCE Dialer Port - NPS, CCE Premium Agent -NPS and CCE Media Kit -NPS licences.
The option for Flex License and Production is grayed out and i cannot choose them.
Since i do not have NPS licenses only Flex Production licences is there a way to change this behaviour and to set a Lab mode environment to use Flex Production.
I'm asking this because the Dcloud environments that are running in Lab Mode have configured licenses as Perpetual - Production, even though the production option is grayed out, and the licenses are registered and authorized.
