We have a PCCE 12.6 12,000 seats. Currently we have 2 peripheral sets, we configured the VRU with type 10. configured 2 different customers to associate with the 2 Network VRU.
Our problem is when calls coming in via Network VRU #2, Router keeps looking for label of Network VRU #1, and nothing is found, call drops. (so we need to add labels to Network VRU#1, for routing client VRU_PG2)
I read that for UCCE, the ICM finds which customer the dialed number belongs to, then select the correct VRU to be used. But in PCCE Configuration tool, I am not able to find anywhere to map dialed numbers to customer.
Can you give me some advice? What is the correct way to handle this?
