You'll have to provide more information, but if you're talking about zip tone/incoming call notification tone, you likely need to set it in UCM. Here's a previous post about it for instance.

if you previously enable auto answer tone in cucm you must check whether the auto answer in desk setting in CCEadmin also is enabled or not. if enable you choose one between desk setting or cucm, 

because we have the same issue after upgrading the jabber 14.x tone does not appear. after we disable auto answer in desksetting and only used from the cucm side going to appears tone from cucm.
