PCCE Outbound IVR

Hi all,

I am using PCCE 10.5. Now I would like to enable Outbound IVR using SIP Dialer.

As UCCE reference, in order to enable Outbound IVR, it requires "Translation Route".

PCCE didn't have "Translation Route" feature, so how to enable Outbound IVR in this scenario?

Hi,

PCCE has different outbound callflow than deployment with IVR because of using CVP. Have you tried to follow PCCE Feature Guide? It has quite detail instruction for Outbound option.

Pay attention on Send_To_VRU scirp node at the begining of the scrip. Calls will drop without it.
