Both PCCE and BE7k support 1000 agents. Why should I buy PCCE when it just provides limited features:CCE, CVP, CM, Finesse. Whereas BE7k gives me so many applications.
BE7K is a bundle that uses CUCM, UCXN, CCX (as contact center), etc, PCCE is based on Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), completely different products.
