Hi,
Good Day. Just a question,whenever we change the prompt in the CVP server, we have observed that we must reload the VXML gateway everytime for the changes to take effect. Even after using the commands to clear the cache from the VG. Is this a bug issue?

not its not bug, and to some extent it works as per the system design.
there are couple of ways to workaround this, if you dont want to reload the gateway.
1. create VXML with parameter audiomaxage=0 for particular audio prompt.
2. try hidden command "clear http client cache", to clear the entire cache for the VXML gateway
