Hi
I configured an UCCE verssion 9 but in my PG Explorer I see these fields:
Primary CTI Address
Secondary CTI Address
My question is:
I should set those fields with the IPs of my CTI Servers?
I tried setting the IPs and not setting the IPs but I don't see any difference and the Guide is not very clear for me about this question.
I hope you can help me.
Regards.

those IP's need to be set in case when using PG's ARM interface, Agent Reporting and Management interface.
e.g when using cisco EIM/WIM, there is one component called listener service.
it uses this configuration to connect to PG's CTI server and reports agents task statistics to ICM(chat, email etc)

Not required to be populated get a normal install working... your problem is something else.
