Hi guys,
Two days ago and yesterday,I got a an issue that I've not been able to understand. At night when the call volume to our contact center is suppose to be less, some logged on agents get poor voice quality calls coming in at particular extensions. They are like 10 of them.
What could be the possible cause of this? It has happened for two nights and I don't want it happening tonight as well.

When an agent gets a poor quality call, press the "i" button on the IP phone twice in rapid succession to check the codec and generate the quality report.
Regards,
Geoff

Also, check to to see if your nightly backup is saturating the bandwidth on any of your links.

Hi,
There's a twist to the story. It turns out that certain number of agents keep having this problem and this is regardless of the phone or PC they roam to. They keep getting these voice distortions when on a call with a customer.
