Pop-up answer window on Finesse seems to be blocked

Hello:

Please, the pop-up window to answer calls on finesse seems to be blocked. It does not appear. I remember that there was certain options on chrome to enable this pop up, but I do not remember these options. Could you please help me? thanks a lot

If it's Chrome this should have you covered. It's a notification, not a pop up.

Is this for UCCE or UCCX (you mention both)?

Also, is this because some users disabled it (like TalkingScientist mentioned), or is it always disabled, in which case you may need to enable it in Finesse via the CLI.
