Post call survey errors on Router

Has any seen these types of errors on the Router?  Since we recently upgraded to UCCE 10.5, we began getting these errors.  Prior to the upgrade, we were receiving similar errors.  See attached.

Any chance the errors are related to the customer hanging up mid transfer to post call survey?

Well I would not want to rule out that they could be hang ups and/or disconnects.  But these are going to happen constantly.  I cant imagine there is not a fix or config that would help with these types of situations.  Would you think?  Maybe IF we upgrade to the next version it might help, like suggested below.  I know one of our engineers stated the previous errors were due to the PCS and this would be fixed with the next upgrade.  But they may have meant 11.0 and above.  I was just worried about if this was "possibly" affecting customers.

Please check carefully if you uploaded and deployed 11.5 TCLs (survivability.tcl etc) at ingress/VXML gateway.
