Post Call Survey UCCX

Hi Team,

 

Last night I've tried to check the survey script that I made, the survey script works well, the call will be directly transferred to the survey script after the agent presses the end call option. But the survey data comes in randomly, sometimes it is stored in the report and sometimes there is no survey data in the report, this makes me suspect something wrong with the survey script, not in the existing script so the survey data is not stored properly in the report.

 

I have attached the report image to this case.

 

I have tried repeatedly to edit the survey script and do testing but the result is same like the picture I have attached. I already using Set enterprise Call Info step to store data/variables on survey script.

 

I have attached my survey script to this case, please help to check.

Are you using the ten callvariable to store the survey results?
