Precision Queue - Agent Attribute Membership

Hi all,

I am currently using the UCCE platform. We are currently exploring the use of Precision Queues in our enterprise. As part of this, I wanted to ask about the functionality of Attribute Membership and how agents are assigned attributes. Currently, we can assign attributes to one agent at a time. Is there a way to assign an attribute to multiple agents at the same time? For example, we can add multiple members to a skill group, but we cannot do the same for attributes. Is this something that can be done on UCCE?

Not with the native tools, but you can with the API. Self promotion, we have a tool that allows that:

Hi @Joel Jacob , you can modify multiple agents at once, I'll disagree with @david.macias  for once. If you click on multiple agents, and then go up on the top right, Edit Attributes and you can add/remove what you want for multiple agents at a time. This is for at least UCCE 12.6.2 for instance. Is that what you want to do?
