I have script where I have the caller input an ID# and I would like to present that entered number to the Agent via a screen prompt. I have not been able to find any Doc on how this should be done. Can anyone point me in the right direction.
I am assuming you have IPCC Express product. Use the "Set Enterpise Call Info" step and set any of the predefined call varaibles or create your own in Agent Desktop Administrator and then simply add it to the layout.
