[Problem] Replicate Historical Datastore

Hi Guys,

Currently, I'm having trouble replicating historical datastores since some data related to time in CUIC isn't being replica between uccx-pub and uccx-sub (eg ring time, talk time in Detailed Call CSQ Agent Report)

I'm torn between restarting the uccx system and synchronizing data (Datastore Control Center -> synchronize data). What's the difference?

If need to restart the uccx system, what should i do restart pub or sub first.

I am looking forward to receive help from anyone

Hi,

You can perform the following:
Perform the following from the Cisco Unified CCX Serviceability page > Tools > Datastore Control Center > Replication Servers.
1. Disable CDS/HDS
2. Enable CDS/HD
3. Reset replication

Performing the above will not cause any production impact to UCCX. However a restart will cause failover and short downtime.

IF you do wish to restart the system, then you can proceed with the same by restarting Publisher node first. Followed by the restart of the CCX Subscriber node after all the services are in STARTED state on Publisher.
