We are using pseudo label in ICM script with target re-query to release the ASR/TTS port license. However this results in ringback tone being played to the caller while CVP fails the call and reconnects the caller back to IVR script.
is there a way to prevent the ringback to be played for this scenario.

which is the version of CVP?
you can try using custom ringtone feature available with new versions.
you can define custom ringtone file for the label and specify wav file to be played for that label.
in your case you can keep it silent.

Thanks Chintan,
Even though I knew that feature is available but just couldn't connect the dots.
Your post made me think again and I have solution.
I was failing the call by not creating the pseudo label in CVP, But I have now created the label with custom ring tone ( pseudo file name ) and label is routed to pseudo SIP server group.
