When the outbound call is performed through PSTN . call does not Disconnect automatically after the third party dropped the call . It Still plays Dial tone.
When the outbound call is performed through WAN. Call disconnect after third party dropped the call .
anyone help me where i have to check for this

Let us know what applications you use, phone models, trunk type (SIP, PRI, FXO, etc.) and describe the entire call flow.

phone models 6921 , Using PRI E1 type . Cisco uCCX
But when I dial normal call through PSTN line . it happens all Time .

when i call through Pstn network by using PRI E1 type. call provides dial tone after third party dropped the call . for example I called my friend . he disconnected the call . But I did not get proper message . like he is busy not availabe to take call. which message i get when i called him Via cell phone.
Could help me where I have to change the Configuration .

Please post "debug isdn q931" and "debug voice ccapi inout" along with "show run".
