Publisher Appadmin 404 - UCCX 11.6.2 ES05

Good Evening all

We have a site with a HA pair of UCCX nodes running 11.6.2 ES05

Issues were first brought to my attention that backups had failed.  Quick restart of the DRF local and Master services resolved that.

Now unable to log into the Appadmin on the Publisher.  Subscriber is working ok

SSH'ing onto the Publisher shows services stuck on starting

404 on logging into UCCX Appadmin

Publisher services showing Unknown status from Subscriber.

Any thoughts?  I'd initially thought this was a certificate error but none are expired.

Is it possible that you are running into this bug?

UCCX: Unable to launch CCX Administration page with requested resource is not available CSCvf12004 

Symptom:
The UCCX Administration page fails to load with the following error:
HTTP Status 404 - /appadmin/main
type: Status report
message: /appadmin/main
description: The requested resource is not available.

Conditions:
UCCX 11.5 or SU1 - HA
Typically seen on the subscriber node but could affect publisher appadmin page as well.

Workaround:
Contact Cisco TAC for workaround
