Put agent back in ready mode

Is there a way to set agent back to Ready mode if he/she missed the previous call from the queue.

Under system --> parameters you have a golobal setting "Agent State after Ring

No Answer" simply change it to Ready. Keep in mind that this is global and will affect all agents.
