QM 11.5 auto pause/resume

Hello all. We currently installed Cisco QM 11.5 and looking to add the ability to automatically pause/resume recordings around PCI compliance. I understand you can add controls for the end use to hit pause/resume and also around http sites they visit, but also was under the impression that it can automatically pause/resume the recording when it detects PCI information being exchanged.

Does anyone have any experience with this or point in the right direction? The only information I can find is putting the controls in Finesse and HTTP pause/resume.

Calabrio 'Desktop Analytics' (add-on server) can provide the automatic pause/resume capability - you may need to reach out to Calabrio team directly for this solution (as this appears to be a Solution+ offering)

Thank you. I did reach out to Calabrio and they were the ones that informed me that OEM 11.5 should have built in functionality to provide this without the analytics piece. But will reach back out to them regarding it. Thank you.
