QM Installation

Hi All,

May I have your ideas on this please. I have currently installing QM and encountered this error during the installation. Please be advised that Jetty and DAta API are already running upon checking. I tried to restart theses services but still same issue encountered. I tried also to restart the VM but still this error persisted. I tried to install QM version 11.5 since I have UCCX version 10.6 and CUCM version 10.5. SQL is Windows 2012 R2. I run or checked many guides already from Cisco QM installation 11.5. I don't know I'm still getting this error any way though Jetty and Data API are already running. 

Hoping for your help guys. If you have guides for this QM installation that are easy to understand, kindly drop it with your suggestions.

I recently ran into identical error, clicked OK and Next Again and went through fine, then received a similar error for JTAPI with same workaround. The system has been in production since then for few weeks without issues, so it appeared to be cosmetic.

Issue was already fixed after disabling below service. Thank you

similar issue. despite following the installation guide unable to get it to proceed

Calabrio use their jetty service as a web server and it listens on ports 80, 443 and a few more. This conflicts with IIS. If you have IIS installed then uninstall it.

If you are still having problems which windows server and which SQL are you using.

Using windows 2008R2 with SQL server 2008 R2 EXPRESS resolved the issue for me
no IIS service
no domain machine
single server for all roles
