Hi all,
I have a QM Server then, i want to change the IP Address Server.
i trying change the IP Address, and doing restart the service for the SQL and QM(include Jetty),
i also trying restart the server,
then i am doing post install, then change all the ip address on QM setting.
but on the step Enterprise Setting, the QM Still cannot get the license from the UCCX.
the version QM is 10.5
any suggest please??

If the web page does not display correctly try this.
Stop the Jetty Service
Delete all the files and folders in \Program Files\Cisco\WFO-QM\Jetty\Work (about 10000 files)
Start the Jetty service
Jetty will rebuild all the files and folders in the work directory, it, takes about 5 minutes

In the "Cisco Unified CC Database" setup is the "DB Instance Name" correct.
There are rules for converting the CCX Host name to the "DB Instance Name"

Hi Graham,
Thanks for your replay,
after i reinstall the QM (not include the SQL)
the license is already upload to the QM,
but i have a problem, after i finish post install the QM and not have any error,
then i open the web browser QM, the page is just show a blank page
