ICM script editor crashes if we try to import any script, exported from any other version, higher or lower, if its the same version it works only, is that the way it should work, it doesnt make any sense.
I have tried ICM 10.5 load into ICM 9.0
I have tried ICM 9.0.4 load into ICM 10.5
So it tries for a while and then Hangs and crashes.

Hi Abdullah!
Does configuration on both UCCE same?
When you import script there should be exist calltype, skillGroup, TrRoute, etc that used in script.
Maybe system is trying to check your imported script and hangs because new UCCE doesn't have enough information.

Thanks for the response, actually it never imports that script completely, as we start the import process it just hangs for a while and then crashes.
But if we import from the same version of ICM , No issues observed even the variables, Skillgroups etc in that script are not available and it shows the mapping window.

Hi rasheed,
Can you attach the editor logs, i believe there were multiple script editor crashes in the recent past. Call stack would be helpful to find out the relative.
Regards,
Sasikumar.
