Query on Cisco Finesse Supervisor Desktop v 10.6 - changing sorting column

Hi Finesse DevNet Team

I am just wondering if you can please help me with the below query

We have just started to use  Cisco Finesse Supervisor Desktop 10.6
Under Manage team-> Team Performance section, all Agents are listed by their names in alphabetic order (A to Z) by default.
Although we can sort this section by using other columns (State / Time in State / Extension), the preferred sorting option does not stay permanently and the supervisor needs to sort it during every login.  Could you please advise if there is any way to display Agents by State column (alphabetic order Z to A) by default (by modifying Desktop Layout XML file ??)

Hi Thana,

Unfortunately the team performance gadget isn't customizable. The gadget code is not open sourced and the gadget doesn't take any additional parameters in the desktop layout xml other than the maxRows (which was added in 11.5). The only way is to have a custom gadget built from scratch.
