Hello All,
UCCX Version: 8.5.1.11004-25
When I run the show uccx cad license usage command, I can see all the IP Addresses of the PC's that are currently signed into CAD. And I know that if you see a duplicate IP Address that usually means that person is probably running CAD and Supervisor at the same time.
But, what does it mean when you see the IP Address of the UCCX Server itself in the list of addresses? I can see the UCCX Server's IP Address about 14 times in the list...
Any idea why that is?
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in Advance,
Matt

Are you using IP phone agent for some of the agents and not CAD? The UCCx server IP listed can be the instances of BIPPA.

Hey Brian, thanks for the reply.
Do you mean Agents logging in using an IP Phone Service instead of CAD, if so then yes. Whenever the CallCenter is getting heavy call volume we have a select few non-Customer Service employees that use an IP Phone Service to login and take customer calls for the CallCenter.
Thanks again for the reply, much appreciated.
Thanks,
Matt
