I wanted to know what are your basic questions you need to ask to help in designing a contact center? Can anybody shed some light? Thanks

It really depends and this question is huge, but it really all falls into the whole consulting practice. Personally, the first question I ask is what do you do, how do you do it, and how would you like to change it. Then take it from there.
