Hi everyone,
I have a CUCM 9.1.2 and UCCX 10.5, using Code G-729 for both of them because calls in from NGN
I'm trying to use best practises creating a script and adding MoH in ICD caller in queue, the problem is there is not completely sound between Call Undold and Play Promt just play a half of .wav file.
I have moved the Play Prompt object up to play before Call Unhold and it works, so I dismiss a problem with .wav file.
Any ideas ?

Is it missing the beginning of the CCX prompt?
Does it work correctly if you call internally from a Cisco phone?
This is likely to be a UCM/gateway issue rather than CCX and is caused by slow switching of the audio streams.
What is your PSTN connection E1/T1 or SIP service provider?
