First time submitting a question to this forum, and new user to the Contact Center.
Twice this week we have had a call in queue ring two phones simultaneously. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
We've had occasional issues with this in the past on UCCE 7.5 with 7961s. I think the most likely cause had to do with a bad private-net NIC on one of our PGs... we had all sorts of strange behavior before getting that NIC replaced.
