Hi all
I'm currently using UCCX 8.5.1. I try to setup "HTTP Action" from Cisco Desktop Work Flow Administrator like this
and match it to the Default Voice Contact Work Flows with ringing event.
In the first CAD login it work fine, but after closing CAD and login again Integrated Browser doesn't change anymore.

After I have digging into CAD log it says
INFO DESK1132 Unexpected exception while doing actions.
Does anyone have any ideas?

We had the same issue, but it went away when we upgraded to SU2 to fix a separate bug. SU2 has a fixed caveat that was this identical issue, but only linked to CSD. I'm pretty sure the bug was in both apps and just not tagged as such.

Which one you did upgrade to SU2?
I had already done upgrade UCCX to 8.5.1 SU4 but it still have a problem.
Do I need to upgrade CUCM to fix this issue?

Our upgrade was to UCCX, not CUCM. I've found that many of our agents have actually stopped using CAD's embedded browser, as it runs a scaled down version of IE 6/7, which many websites no longer support. So that said, I probably wouldn't be of much help going forward.
