The bug mentioned below has not been fixed. We see it daily (customer uses transfers heavily)
Is there a patch or workaround and how do we get it back into development?

Probably best to speak to TAC. There's nothing in the bug description to say if its fixed in SR2 but TAC will likely recommend this is done..
