Read Text and Create Generated Prompt

Hi,

I will like to have a script thats read from a text file on the CCX Windows folder and generated the prompt via Nuance TTS.

Is there a way to read the text values on the Text file? Help is very appreciated.

Hi,

It is possible to read Text, but it is better to read XML documents.

Here is attached an example from Cisco of script reading XML file (and the doc related)

Also you should not be reading from the file system directly. This is not supported and will break when you upgrade to 8.0 (Linux appliance). You should be reading from the Document Repository or performing an HTTP GET.
