Real Time Snapshot service for Wallboard hung

Hello all,

We have a WallBoard working with UCCX 7.0.1. The wallboard present a wrong statistics, always the same data.

Any idea about how can we reset o restart the service that manage the real time snapshot writing for the wallboard?

If you have a high availability (HA) setup, ensure your wallboards are pointing at the current master server. The real time stats are only written to the database on the master node. The tables on the slave will show stale data  from the time of the last failover.

To check which one is master, log in to appadmin, go to System -> Control Centre and click on one of the servers on the left. The master server will have M beside all the services, the slave server will have S.

Hello Brian,

We have a HA deployment but the problem is the Wallboard is pointing to the Master Node and If we use the SQL manager for check this tables: RtCSQsSummary and RtICDStatistics  We checked that they not refreshed.

Are you sure you are pointing to the master node and not just the publisher? The mastership role wills swap between servers. Is data writing enabled in the snapshot config (Tools --> Real Time Snapshot Config).

Failing that, a restart of the UCCX Engine might resolve this issue.
