Hi Team,
I am facing one issue in record with confirm element, while we pressing the * start key for repeat the record element options. exit state of this is Max No match, it will take 3s Timeout. is there any possibility to reduce the timeout in Record with confirm element.
Record with confirm Element Exit state :
Done : Press 1
Max Dis Confirmed : Press 2
Max No Match : Press * (i changed the setting value as 1)
Done press 1 and Max Dis Confirmed press 2 working as expected but once we press the star * it will take 3s to get the next element options.
Instead of 3 seconds, is there any possibility to reduce the timeout??, could you please guys share your ideas!!!!.
