Remote expert mobile installation 11.5.1

Dear All,

 We are trying to Install remote expert mobile single node deployment . Post deployment we have an issues for Integration . 

I have done the setup.sh and post reboot  REAS & REMB and is running . please let me know what is the next step   and how to integrate with DX 80 as end point .Please  help me to achieve .

you are trying to use DX80 as agent end point ?

Which deployment you are configuring the system ? PCCE/UCCX/UC only ?

In REAS web controller you need to do the required configuration based on the deployment . -- This you can follow the guide. 

And there are some Video's available in cisco site, did you try referring those ?

Hi Sasi,

We have installed Single server deployment and post deployment REAS & REMB services are running .

When we are publishing the URL for agent console we are getting “There are no backend servers, your request can't be loadbalanced.  “

During the deployment we have given below information .Please advise cluster host name and host name  will be in same name or different .

Cluster hostname : remmobile.gov.com

Hostname : remmobile.gov.com

Server type : B ( Installed an REAS & REMB ) REAS node type : M ( Master )

Halo Rama,

You should use different host name between cluster and your server host name.

For ex : cluster hostname -> reas.cisco.com

hostname -> reas-a.cisco.com

Also make sure when you finish on setup.sh, you pass all configuration setup without any failed test.
