Can someone explain how to delete or remove users/resources from the ICD portion of CRA 3.0.3a?
I need to remove these users to add new ones.

The users are present or nonpresent in ICD based on whether or not they have an ICD extension designated in the CallManager directory. From CCMAdmin, go to User, Global Directory, find the user you want to add/remove, Device Association, select which line you want to be their ICD line or pick No ICD Extension to remove them.

I have a similar problem, where i did remove them from CCMAdmin, but the resource sill exists in ICD, any thoughts??
