Hi
I have a question about how to modify the resource list in UCCX.I have several users who nolonger work for the company and I'm reusing there agent phone number for new employee's as they come aboard.The thing is those old users are still showing up in the resource list and I want to remove them.
Is there a way to delete that user or move them to the inactive agents section of UCCX.Thanks in advance for any help and have a great day.
