I am running express 5.0(2) and sometimes when an agent go from not ready to ready they receive the error "Resource's device is off" have you seen this before and what was the cause and fix?

I had similiar problem and it turns out that somebody is using the same extension to login as agent. Pls do check if the user is not logged in before. Might trying to run postinstall.exe from bin directory.

That is the agents' extension that they are logging into and they were making test calls.

Did you get this resolved, as I have the smae problem only affecting one IPCC agent.
They get the error message as the user tries to go ready.
We have tried to delete and recreate the profile checked for duplicate exts nothing.
Any ideas?
