Robust ICM Backup Strategy?

I can't seem to find any newer documentation on ICM backups. Anyone have anything? Also, if anyone has suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.

One of the strategies can be:

 - full DB update weekly

 - incremental DB backups daily

 - regutil for registry backup.

For sql server to be able to store files on a remote share, you backup source server (logger/aw) should have write permissions on a remote share.
