Rogger, PGs and AW - DNS/NTP Change

Hello everyone,

Can you please let me know the impact on changing the DNS on UCCE: Rogger, PGs and AW and the procedure to do so?

No risk so as long as DNS is configured correctly with A (forward) and PTR (reverse) lookup records for each server, including your private connection (if you use hostnames for that). If your VOS components (Finesse, CUIC) register with a different DNS server, make sure the two can ping and do reverse lookups on each other.

Thanks Omar. Since we are talking about windows servers, the change I guess we do the DNS change directly in the network settings of the operating system, right?

Correct. Simply go to your Network Connections window: Start > Run > ncpa.cpl and edit the desired network adapter.
