Running IPCC Express enh ver 4.0
looking for input on options to route all DID calls to a agent back thru the main call flow but then transfer the call to the agent and not place in a queue
would like to do this as a call to the main number prompt customer for input and missing this when a DID call is placed

Not really clear if I understood your question.
You want to send a call directly to agent when DID for agent is dialed?
how many extensions/lines are you using per phone, are lines shared?
When an agent is logged in all incoming DID calls will be diverted based on RONA unless you have more than one line appearence.

so a client calls say 847 579 3280
will receive 3280 from telco
translate this to CTI route point 3401
run thru script for this quoue
then I need to get this call back to agent phone 3280
