SCCP ip phones in UCCX 12.5 IPPA problems

Hello all

i have a problem in Cisco ip communicator and also 7911 sccp ip phones when i put IPPA service it always show host not found but in SIP phones such as 8841 i can find services normaly no problem.

i'm using UCCX version 12.5

Certificates are uploaded with CA windows server any help or guide would be appreciated

Hi, you didn't say what version of 12.5, but the compatbility matrix says that FIPPA with IP Communicator 12.5.1 is not supported.
