Script Question

Good morning.

i am try to have my script play a menu, 1 for claim,2 for billing....then go to if you know your parties extension dial it now. for some reason i cannot get it to work. it only will play menu 1, then it loops..i know its strange to have a menu the may overlap with 1st digit of extensions, but it should work. if i have extension option 1st it goes all the time but i need extension option second.

Any thoughts? thank you in advance.

                   Leo,

label im working with in nighttime

we usually have claims and billing options in menu 2. i am being asked to present calm/billing options 1st and exten transfer 2nd. thanks again

My recommendation is to have the directory be a sub choice off the main menu.

Press 1 for billing

Press 2 for sales

For our company directory press 3.

The reason for this is the if you have an extension which is 1234 and the caller presses 1 and then pauses to press 234 the system my send them to billing.

ya thats what i was thinking. but was just wondering if there was a way to do it. thought if you can do exttranfer 1st and menu 2nd, i may be able to accomplish in reverse..
