Searching records in QM 8.5

Hello,

I have installed QM 8.5 for endpoint recordings. When I try to access the recordings in the following url https://serverIpAddress:8448/calabrioone/login.html, I get the following error: QMAR2003-Error retreiving records.

Any idea what this is?

Do you have access to the Calabrio Portal?  You should see about signing up.  They have lots of good documentation, and training videos.

In particular, they have an error code dictionary, which may help you.
