Security Certificate Issue UCCX 10.6

Hi all

Had a strange thing happen this morning as all Finesse agents and supervisors were asked to sign new certificates when they opened their browser?

Checked all the logs in the UCCX and CUCM and could find nothing at all that could possible have caused this to happen

Checked the Tomcat certs in both our UCCX servers and they are good until 2025..!!

All the agents could log back in once they accepted the certs.

Any ideas what may have caused this??

Can you post the output of show web-security from UCCX Primary and Secondary CLI. Also, did they get the cert error before logging into Finesse Desktop or once they were inside Finesse Desktop.

Thanks again for getting back to Deepak...I will get the outputs in about 2 hours once the contact centre is quiet.
