Hi,
Was wondering if it's possible to have different MoH for each UCCX Application/Queue we have when an Agent places the caller on hold? At the moment I have setup call control groups for each application and within each selected the applicable MoH source that has been setup in the call manager. This part works fine, when a call is queued, the correct audio is played.
What we would like to setup is, once the call is delivered to an agent and the agent places the call on hold, the applicable MoH for that application is played. At the moment the default all phones MoH is played as expected.
The problem is, each agent is skilled in multiple applications/queues so I can't apply it at the device profile level.
Has anyone run into this problem before? If so, were you able to resolve it?

Hi,
I really doubt it could be accomplished, because when a call is transfered to an agent it become a endpoint to endpoint call so MOH is invoke by the phone not UCCX.
