Need Demo link to CISCO SocialMiner to help understand the tool better. I tried accessing the documents but it says access denied. Is there any other presentation files that can provide more information.

Also I came across an article about Call Back facility in CISCO(10). Any information that could be shared would be helpful. Thank You!
